Instead of renting the place up, the property will be resold after a few months when the price increases. The investor will not wait until for the best price but will resell if he or she thinks that the property generated enough profits to resell. This is risky because if the investor is not able to resell the property, he or she is stuck with a huge loss.
Whichever type of real estate investment vehicle you choose, it is critical to make a decision wisely otherwise, you will be faced with a massive loss, and if you borrowed money from banks, will end up paying the loan for years.
